]]> The screenwriter behind Superman Returns and X2 has recently listed his Hollywood home on the Los Angeles real estate market. Dan Harris has placed his 3,085-square-foot home above Sunset Boulevard on the market for $2.39 million.

Harris bought the contemporary home in 2005 for $2 million from Eurythmics member Dave Stewart back in 2005. The gated home has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

Dark wood floors are featured throughout the home that showcases a window-lined living room and a sunken formal dining room. The modern home also features a library. Stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops punctuate the eat-in kitchen, and the outdoor areas boast a dining patio as well.

The backyard is characterized by a large swimming pool and luxe elevated spa.
