Cipriani is set to launch Cipriani Residences Miami, their first-ever ground-up residences in the United States. The brand-new 80-story tower will be located at 1420 South Miami Avenue. Reigning over Brickell, Cipriani Residences Miami will offer views of Biscayne Bay and Simpson Park.

Each of the 397 one- to four-bedroom residences will have a ten-foot-high ceiling, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a private outdoor space, and custom finishes and furnishings. Walk-in closets, standalone laundry rooms, and smart technology will also be included in each residence. Select residences will have access to elevators that open directly into the unit.

Cipriani created the modern design of the building in collaboration with Mast Capital and Arquitectonica. Founder and CEO of Mast Capital, Camilo Miguel Jr. said, “As an international symbol of elegance, style, and hospitality, with a vast, devoted following that spans four generations, Cipriani was our only choice for this project.”

“For four generations we have always tried to focus on our work, true to our values and honest with our customers,” Cipriani CEO, Giuseppe Cipriani explained. “This has allowed us to grow our name in over ten countries around the world and maintain a level of consistency that requires a lot of attention.”

Cipriani Residences Miami will also feature elegant, resort-style amenities. For food and drink, residents can enjoy a trademark Cipriani bar, resident-only dining, and private reservable dining rooms and lounges catered by Cipriani’s restaurant. Leisure facilities include two resort-style swimming pools, a fitness center, a spa with sauna and treatment rooms, a pickleball court, a golf simulator, and so much more. The residential tower will also provide a children’s playroom, library, dog park, hair salon, and barber station.
