If you’re ponying up $39 million in peace offerings, shouldn't you expect to own the entire 10-acre estate? After all, $39 million still a hefty price for the Parrot Cay area. Turks and Caicos is famous for orchids, snorkeling, diving, fishing and the luxury resort Parrot Cay by COMO, but hasn't been known for exorbitant home prices—that is, until recently.

And model Christie Brinkley recently re-listed her 1.6-acre Parrot Cay home for $9 million (albeit $1.75 million less than in 2013). It appears as though actor Bruce Willis and musician Keith Richards are hanging on to their Parrot Cay homes. Meanwhile, many other celebrities such as Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Justin Timberlake, Barbra Streisand, Paul McCartney, Penélope Cruz and Julia Roberts visit the secluded island regularly.
