American actress, singer, and model Zoë Kravitz, daughter of actor-musician Lenny Kravitz and actress Lisa Bonet, has been busy with the upcoming release of “The Batman” and directing her debut film, “Pussy Island” with rumored beau Channing Tatum. Recently, the 32-year-old star has also made strides in the real state industry with the purchase of a Westchester getaway. The Los Angeles native is based primarily out of Brooklyn with her $3.2 million Williamsburg apartment in a converted warehouse purchased in 2015. Now, the actress has acquired a newfound residence two hours from her Brooklyn Loft. Kravitz quietly purchased a charming retreat in the Pound Ridge enclave of New York’s Westchester County for $1.45 million. The property had previously been owned by actress Maggie Q who purchased the residence for $1,230,850.

Built in the 1800s, Kravitz’s newfound getaway was formerly a cider mill, known as Aaron Wood’s Mill. Spanning 2,592 square feet, the rustic structure has been converted into a two bedroom and three bath residence. With a stone pathway leading to the front door, the home opens to a soaring great room with a stone fireplace, dark wood flooring, and plentiful windows offering picturesque views of the natural landscape. The humble abode encapsulates a barn inspired aesthetic with richly aged barn wood, hand-hewn beams and columns, wide-plank floors, and a vaulted ceiling. The interior highlights a complementary modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, a long center island, and bar seating. In 2018, the couple announced their separation and their divorce was finalized the following year. Soon after their split, Tatum reportedly purchased a secluded and peaceful property in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon for $5.6 million. Now Tatum and Dewan are finally bidding farewell to their former residence. Nonetheless, the home is “a dream opportunity to either develop or redesign.” The property was once even owned by Carrie Fisher.
