Paraiso District, home to Paraiso Bayviews, One Paraiso and Gran Paraiso, offers a unique combination of stunning architecture, location and amenities for ultra-luxurious sky living. Residents of Paraiso District will enjoy access to the Paraiso Beach Club which is home to award-winning Chef Michael Schwartz's new waterfront eatery and amenities like Miami's largest circular pool, a bowling alley, golf simulator, private screening rooms and more.

Now, the luxurious sky oasis has been rented for $18,000 per month after only two days on the market -- making it one of the highest-listed rentals in Edgewater.
