In March of 2020, days before California’s stay at home orders were implemented, Norman Reedus and Diane Kruger purchased the classic Hollywood residence of Novogratz Castle for $8.5 million. The lavish space was initially listed last spring for $9.4 million by video game programmer Jeff Strain. However, Reedus and Kruger were able to acquire the historic home at a reduced price. The two actors have reportedly been together since 2016 and in 2018, purchased a townhouse in New York City. Now, the duo’s regal chateau in the Hollywood Hills is being listed on the market only a year after purchase. The current asking price for the grand castle is a $9.25 million. The reason as to why they are selling their posh residence is unknown.

Built in 1926, the Novogratz Castle spans a whopping 7,732 square feet with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The French Normandy-style home seamlessly blends a regal ambience of cathedral ceilings, crown moldings, and arched windows with modern hardwood floors, custom shelving, and black-and-white accent walls. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a marble island, state of the art appliances, and butler’s pantry. The luxe primary suite features a fireplace, spacious closet, balcony with French doors, and bathroom with unique glass shower and designer tile. The home’s updated amenities include an art media room, recording studio, arcade, bar, and gym. Stepping outside, the scenic exterior space offers a saltwater swimming pool, basketball court, chic patio under string lights, and terraced gardens with century-old trees and abundant foliage.
