Tampa-based designers McKinlay Rose Interiors just finished a magnificent project in Downtown Tampa. This high rise condominium has had a complete renovation and redesign of the residential space. The homeowner’s personal lifestyle was echoed in the project, and it is reflected and perfectly accompanied by the spectacular city landscape and waterfront views.

Modern and glistening light fixtures, textured shimmering wallpaper, and furnishings with an antique touch were added for an elegant and eclectic décor. The homeowners have original works of art throughout the apartment. These harmonize with McKinlay Rose’s rich work on the unit.

The walls were colored with neutral tones with purpose. For their part, the bejeweled elements add the glamour to the living spaces.

The windows made of glass and traveling from floor to ceiling allow the owners and their guests to enjoy the open vista. The apartment’s seamless glass sliders give easy access to step out into the spacious and multi-directional balcony.
