Scott Samuel "Scooter" Braun has become a prevalent name in contemporary pop music as he is credited for discovering Justin Bieber and currently serves the manager of several successful artists such as Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Carly Rae Jepsen, David Guetta, Hilary Duff, and the Black Eyed Peas. Most notably though, the powerful industry figure has gained much attention for his public discourse with musical superstar Taylor Swift. The publicized conflict centered upon the ownership of Swift records, which he ultimately sold the masters for in November of 2020 at $300 million. Since then, Swift has been prompted to record and produce “Taylor’s version” as rereleases of her older discography. Aside from musical drama, Braun was also recently sued by a former Goldman Sachs partner over a defunct venture.

Further than controversy on the industry side, Braun has also filed for divorce last year from businesswoman Yael Cohen. Braun and Cohen were married for seven years and have three children together. However, Braun has made news once again with the purchase of a $65 million mega mansion in Brentwood, California. In 2016, the former structure on the property was demolished and in 2021, a new residence was completed. It was listed on the market for $70 million on June 19 and on August 31, the deal was officially closed.

Built by architect Noah Walker, the brand-new residence also highlights the work of interior designer Jamie Bush and landscape designer Christine London LTD. The expansive 19,000 square foot space boasts six bedrooms and 12 baths. Luxe amenities of the interior include a home theater, a gym, an indoor lap pool, dual office space, and 270-degree views of the picturesque canyon, ocean, and Californian cityscape. Stepping outside, the nearly four acres of land offers an outdoor architectural pool, a pool house, an outdoor living room, dining room, a detached guesthouse, and gorgeous gardens.

Electronic music artist Zedd has been ranked by Forbes as one of the highest paid DJs in the world. He previously has collaborated with famed stars such as Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, and Selena Gomez. The Grammy winner has also reigned victorious on the real estate front as he acquired a $16 million Beverly Hills mansion in 2018. TAriana Grande, Katy Perry, and Selena Gomezhe residence was newly built two years prior and listed on the market for as much as $25 million. After his purchase at a significantly reduced price, the musician invited Architectural Digest into his home to showcase the lavish space. Now, after three years of residence, Zedd is preparing to bid farewell to his luxe mansion as he has recently listed the property for $26.5 million.

Built in 2016, Zedd fondly describes the contemporary Beverly Hills home as “modern and slick, but really warm.” The extravagant space spans 11,043 square feet and includes five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms. The interior layout opens to a great room with double-height ceilings, an atrium with fountain, and lush greenery. Ariana Grande sent her 238 million instagram followers into a frenzy this week when she shared images from her in-home wedding to real estate agent Dalton Gomez.

The young couple tied the knot at the two-time Grammy-Award-winner's Tudor-style home ion Montecito, California.

According to exclusive image released by Vogue, the two-time Grammy-Award-winning artist's lovely home is the very same she purchased from Ellen DeGeneres last summer.

A quick look at Grande's posts reveals how perfectly the Tudor-style details and architecture compliment an intimate wedding backdrop. Between the exposed wooden beams and the white walls with brick fireplace, the imagery screams of Tudor influence.

According to a Vogue report, the couple decided early on in their engagement that the wedding would be held at home. This week's ceremony was reportedly attended by no more than 20 guests.

Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, have purchased an El Miraval estate in Montecito, CA for $22.7 million.

The Maroon 5 front-man and his supermodel wife are yet another celebrity couple to join the exclusive enclave that Montecito has to offer. The estate dates back almost a century and sits on 5.2 acres of property. The main households five of the property’s nine bedrooms, which includes a main suite with a private terrace.

The 12,000 square foot home has a Spanish Colonial villa-style, which is signature to architect George Washington Smith. Inside the home are massive living and dining spaces, with dark wood-beamed ceilings and Saltillo tile floors. There is also a chef’s kitchen with a huge center island, a movie theater and a wine cellar.

Outside has multiple covered and uncovered patio areas which is perfect for outdoor dining, as well as a putting green, tennis court and swimming pool. The property also includes a two-bedroom guesthouse, a one-bedroom garden cottage, and a detached five-car garage which also includes another guest bedroom.

This is not the only celebrity real estate movement in the high-end market of Montecito. Last year, singer Ariana Grande purchased a $6.8 million home from TV star Ellen DeGeneres in the area.

The large swimming pool and redbrick patio add to the LA charm of the property.

Along with her fiancé Dalton Gomez, Grande will be able to give the home her personal touch. Last year, she purchased another home in the Hollywood Hills on Thrasher Avenue for $13.7 million, and followed that just a month later with an estate in Montecito. The latter was purchased from TV star Ellen DeGeneres for $6.8 million.

The happy couple, who have been pictured lately shopping and holding hands around New York, paid $16 million for a chevron-shaped condo on the High Line.

One of the last finished buildings of the late Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid, the chic condo is all curves. Ariana and Pete can cook together in their highly-curated, top-of-the-line kitchen, or watch Pete's favorite flick, "Good Time," starring Robert Pattinson, in the private IMAX theatre. It is a cinematic marvel for any apartment to have. It reportedly cost a half-million-dollars to construct.

The pair will have plenty of room for wedding gifts too: there's on-site storage inspired by a Swiss bank vault. Plus, in a city where keeping a car can be a challenge, the integrated parking deck is a luxury in itself.

In a class of high-end condos where promoting wellness is an amenity theme, this building includes a juice bar, fitness center, and 75-foot sky-lit pool. There is also a private reservable spa suite that may interest this amorous pair.

Ariana and Pete's unit has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. The master connects to an en-suite walk-in closet with dressing room. The master bath is done in Nero Marquinia marble with a freestanding six-foot sculptural bathtub.

The white oak hardwoods add warmth to the main living area, while the 9-foot retractable wall-to-wall windows provide those artsy high-line views. This boutique building appears to have everything two young trend-setters need.

What's different this time? Laughter was the spark of their attraction–according to the word on the street.
