Units in Brickell Flatiron have been purchased by international luxury buyers from Argentina, Colombia, Italy, Mexico and Venezuela. However, U.S. buyers are the biggest bloc, buying over half of all units. CMC Group paid back $236 million in construction financing to Bank OZK, Broad Street (Goldman Sachs) and RFR Realty in December 2019, only 30 days after receiving the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for Brickell Flatiron.
