AOL Real Estate posted a truly jaw-dropping property last week from Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate. The $12.95-million penthouse, located in an Annabelle Selldorf-designed condo building in Manhattan's chic Chelsea neighborhood, boasts some gorgeous views views of the Hudson River, but that's not even the best part.
