Anne Perry: "I've had an incredible six months at Compass. It's very tech-oriented... Hawaii resurged when Covid hit. I was on a call with you about 10 months ago regarding Covid and all were concerned about, 'Will the market come back?' Unfortunately, Florida and Hawaii both benefited. It has been very good to us and people are looking at lifestyles and living styles ,so we've enjoyed huge activity in the real estate world... We get more calls than we can handle in terms of product. There is only so much oceanfront and so much sand, and so it's really tough. People want security and privacy. They want to be in Hawaii."

Krista Richman: "Virtual tours, Matter ports have definitely been something that fortunately we were already using, and Zoom. Specifically at the Conrad in Fort Lauderdale, since it is a hotel and we have had a lot of international interest, half of our buyers up until 2020 were from Latin America. [When the pandemic hit] and then those Latin American sales did slow down, it has been primarily Americans [buying here] but I assume that will change again soon once the borders start opening. In Miami, we've always had a Latin American influence and just international influence in general. We've had a lot of condos that were built in 2017 and a lot of that inventory is filling up or on a second round of sales."
