Nancy Ruddy and John Cetra, the husband and wife design duo behind CetraRuddy, one of the leading architecture and design firms in the world, brings a vintage Gotham-esque flair to the homes at Rose Hill a new 45-story luxury condominium tower in NoMad. Brought to you by the original builders of Rockefeller Center, the showers within the master bathrooms at Rose Hill boast a spa-like aesthetic with Greek Dolomite Honed stonewalls and Breccia Capraia accent shower walls. Aged brass fixtures are used throughout and dark marble radiant heated floors line the space just outside the shower. Custom walnut and bronze vanities with marble countertops complement the space.

NoHo’s 40 Bleecker is the first-ever residential building from designer-to-the-stars Ryan Korban who has imbued the interiors with his trademark over-the-top touches and mixing of styles. Custom-designing everything in the 61 light-filled residences with his classic romance meets brutalist touch, the master bathroom’s shower leaves no detail unturned. The flooring consists of Grigio dove and Calcutta moonlight marble layered in a chevron pattern, while the walls are covered in honed Grigio Dove stone. Lefroy Brooks Kafka collection fixtures in polished chrome are present, including an 8” rain shower head with ceiling mounted shower arm, multifunction hand shower, and hand shower with hook and adjustable shower bar. Korban also custom-created the marble vanities that are surrounded by a reflective layer of mirror and glass to amplify both space and light. The custom lighting design by Bill Schwinghammer, a fashion industry friend, perfectly backlights the space and is selfie-friendly.

Greenwich West

Greenwich West is one of the tallest buildings in Manhattan's Hudson Square neighborhood, offering unprecedented views of the Hudson River, New York Harbor and Statue of Liberty.
