New Year's Week Guests would be checking in on 12/26 and check out on 1/2 or 1/3. Our minimum rental for both weeks is 7 nights.

All rentals are plus 13% tax, an exit cleaning fee, When you have more than 12 guests, there will be an additional flat charge of between $1,000 and $2,500 depending on the number of guests and an additional cleaning fee increased by $150.

The couple originally bought their new home last fall after their engagement but have spent the past few months moving into the new address. The turn of the 20th century saw American architects finding exciting new modern architectural directions in the Arts and Crafts styles. At its philosophical roots, this eclectic, tradition-oriented vernacular is invested in the essence of the human spirit; utilitarian values; rustic simplicity; and the use of natural materials, handcraft and allied arts. The owners desired a home to be designed in this same spirit.
