The light fixture is reminiscent of descending cords and cables are often seen in warehouses of the neighborhood’s past.

277 Fifth Avenue boasts a Jeffrey Beers custom-made, 24-foot stunning chandelier made of 18 strands of brass-trimmed pendants that elegantly hang down the white spiral staircase’s center. The contemporary chandelier cascades from the luxury condominium’s amenity floors and is visible from Fifth Avenue onlookers through the rooms floor-to-ceiling windows.

Toronto-based KPMB Architects debuted a custom-made LED fixture by Artemide in the break room of the firm’s recently completed new office, which stretches across the room in oblong shapes.

543 48th Avenue showcases a BOCI custom-made waterfall chandelier that adds grandeur to the Long Island City townhouse. The raindrop-Esque chandelier drops elegantly from the living room’s 18-foot ceilings, making it a unique conversation starter.
