Whether you're rooting for the San Francisco 49ers or the Kansas City Chiefs you wouldn't want to watch the game anywhere else.

Manhattan isn’t lacking for views of holiday decorations from the busy streets, whether it’s the fashion-centric windows on Fifth Avenue, the Rockefeller Christmas Tree, and the many markets that pop up around the city. However, some lucky residents have a bird’s eye view of some of the borough’s most iconic decorations. Here are seven luxury residences with the best holiday-focused views in the city to help you get into the holiday spirit.

The Bryant

Residents at The Bryant have a front-row seat to the Winter Village and ice-skating rink in Bryant Park, one of the best places to do holiday shopping in the city. With a tree lighting on Thursday, December 5, holiday shops and free ice-skating, The Bryant, and the Winter Village, are truly in the center of the city.

The Bryant, the first residential building in New York City designed by the award-winning British architect, David Chipperfield, is one of the most exciting urban residential architectural accomplishments in recent history. Wrapped inside and out in signature terrazzo stone, residences at The Bryant are a study in exacting architecture with custom-designed millwork, floor-to-ceiling windows which open to Juliet balconies, and continuously high ceilings throughout. Situated on verdant Bryant Park, at the city’s geographic center, and high above the new boutique Park Terrace Hotel, every residence in The Bryant dominates a corner of the tower and owns panoramic skyline or park views. There is no more convenient address in Manhattan: The Bryant is steps from Fifth Avenue shopping, the vibrant Theater, and West Side Gallery Districts, Midtown Business District, and minutes from Downtown’s thriving restaurant and culture scene.

111 West 57th Street

The views from 111 West 57th Street are unparalleled, with views over the entirety of Central Park; with a location directly centered on the Southside of Central Park, residents are perfectly positioned to watch the New Years Eve fireworks, as well as watch the miniature skaters on Wohlman rink in the southeast corner.

111 West 57th Street represents a commitment to the quality of craft, history, and philosophy behind New York City’s classic skyscrapers. The graceful tower, designed by SHoP Architects with interiors by Studio Sofield, will rise to a soaring 1,428 feet when completed. The historic Steinway Hall, originally built in 1925 by Warren & Wetmore, is currently being reimagined and integrated with the modern new tower as remarkable residences and amenities. A façade of terra cotta, glass, and bronze filigree will bring back the materiality and details of historic New York towers while taking advantage of the latest technology to create new standards of excellence in engineering and fabrication.

Park Loggia

Located on Broadway and 61st Street, at the nexus of Columbus Circle, Lincoln Square, and the Upper West Side, Manhattan’s most iconic destinations are right outside your door. Holiday shoppers only have to walk a few blocks to the Columbus Circle holiday market in the Park, or to take in the beautiful “Holiday Under the Stars,” which is set to music in the entrance gallery of the Shops.

25 Park Row and The Woolworth Tower Residences

In Ancient Greek and Roman sculpture, curves were used to suggest comfort, safety, and relaxation. Today, we’re noticing these aesthetically unique shapes in facades, amenity spaces, and windows in many new developments throughout Manhattan. In honor of this new trend, we highlight three stunning developments that use curves in its architecture.

130 William

Courtesy 130 William

130 William couldn’t exist anywhere else. Sir David Adjaye uses the neighborhood context as a starting point. He pushes against the conventions of tall glass towers with curves and arches inspired by classic Manhattan masonry architecture. A signature feature of the building is the unique silhouette of rhythmic oversized bronze arched windows that draw inspiration from the beloved lofts that once populated the area. At 66 stories and nearly 800 feet tall, the new luxury high-rise tower is quickly becoming recognized for its iconic exterior architecture, which centers around its unique curved windows.

35 Hudson Yards

Courtesy 35 Hudson Yards

Situated in Manhattan’s newest neighborhood, 35 Hudson Yards is the latest addition from David Childs and Skidmore Owings & Merrill. Drawing inspiration from David Child’s organic architecture, the building offers an arrival experience met with a nautilus-shaped ceiling light installation that effortlessly guides residences through the lobby to the elevator corridor. The selection of exotic woods, stones, and metals creates an inviting and luxurious atmosphere complimented with collectible furniture, art, and lighting pieces that further elevate the most luxurious building in Hudson Yards and a truly unique private residence in New York City.

125 Greenwich Street

Courtesy 125 Greenwich

Designed by world-renowned architect Rafael Viñoly, 125 Greenwich Street tops out at 88 stories. This towering building features an exposed concrete column that runs throughout the height of the building and a curved glass façade that enhances panoramic views of the Hudson River, Statue of Liberty and the skyline. This curved façade is carried through the 15,000-square-foot, residents-only, private club called The 88, which spans across the top three floors. The club is dedicated to the wellness of its residents and includes skyline and water views.

Standing more than 1,000 feet in the air is a glass and limestone tower, dubbed 35 Hudson Yards, which has become the tallest residential building in the Hudson Yards neighborhood.
