]]> The Upper East Side is notorious for its wealthy denizens, Michelin star restaurants and we can't forget the designer shops along Madison Avenue.  But apart from great shopping and great food, the swanky neighborhood sports a mix of classic brownstones and upscale high rises from renowned architects such as Robert A.M. Stern, Peter Marino, and Deborah Berke. In the span of just a few tree-lined blocks, three luxurious buildings rise from one of the neighborhoods most sought after streets, East End Avenue. The street is conveniently surrounded by popular restaurants and the most coveted schools in Manhattan. Here's a look at the striking additions to the grand neighborhood.

40 East End Avenue, developed by Lightstone, is a new boutique Upper East Side condominium designed by Deborah Berke Partners in collaboration with Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects. The condominium features 29 residences ranging from two- to five-bedroom apartments, a maisonette, a duplex penthouse with a private roof terrace and priced from about $3 million to $25 million. The development is located moments away from Carl Schurz Park and a wide array of neighborhood amenities and educational and cultural institutions.

20 East End Avenue, designed by internationally renowned Robert A.M. Stern, is a new condominium located on the northwest corner of 80th Street and East End Avenue in Manhattan’s prestigious Upper East Side neighborhood. The building comprises 41 two- to six-bedroom residences, including a Maisonette, two triplex Town Homes, and a stunning full-floor Penthouse.

170 East End Avenue is a premier luxury full-service condominium built-in 2008. The 93-unit building was designed by architect, Peter Marino, known globally for his residential and retail architecture and design. The 20-story building features two stone and glass structures, bridged by a glass sheath that reflects the shimmering water of the East River, light and urban landscape. Each of the residences is custom-designed by Marino with spacious floor plans, high-end finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and high ceilings.
