Whitehall Interiors channeled TriBeCa’s rich history as an industrial epicenter for luxury condo 91 Leonard’s residents’ lounge, which feature custom LED chandelier by Luke Camp Co. The light fixture is reminiscent of descending cords and cables are often seen in warehouses of the neighborhood’s past.

277 Fifth Avenue

277 Fifth Avenue boasts a Jeffrey Beers custom-made, 24-foot stunning chandelier made of 18 strands of brass-trimmed pendants that elegantly hang down the white spiral staircase’s center. The contemporary chandelier cascades from the luxury condominium’s amenity floors and is visible from Fifth Avenue onlookers through the rooms floor-to-ceiling windows.

Toronto-based KPMB Architects debuted a custom-made LED fixture by Artemide in the break room of the firm’s recently completed new office, which stretches across the room in oblong shapes. 

543 48th Avenue

543 48th Avenue showcases a BOCI custom-made waterfall chandelier that adds grandeur to the Long Island City townhouse. The raindrop-Esque chandelier drops elegantly from the living room’s 18-foot ceilings, making it a unique conversation starter.

Located in the epicenter of Miami, unit 1612 boasts a minimalist, neutral approach with modern furniture, wooden tones, and greenery to allow residents to escape the city’s hustle and bustle and unwind in an effortless, chic home. The inspiration for the three-bedroom unit was to create an insta-worthy, boho atmosphere by mixing black, white, grays and neutrals together.

While Greenpoint is a vibrant post-industrial neighborhood with great views of Manhattan, residents are given a taste of suburban living in this city living structure. This pot filler faucet above the stove adds a level of convenience and elegance to the kitchen space—something you would find in a suburban home.
