Lindsay Clark has been a real estate agent since 2000 and has successfully negotiated and sold over $1 billion in luxury real estate in places like Maine, Colorado, Utah, and California. Practicing her craft in a number of states and regions across the US, it’s this experience that gives Lindsay a unique perspective when assisting her clients with their real estate aspirations.
Originally from the Coast of Maine, Lindsay started out at an early age immersed in the real estate business alongside her family who continues to operate a prominent brokerage and development company in their quaint New England town. It’s from this experience that she learned the qualities of tenacity, honesty, and devotion to her clients. Working alongside her partner Paul Benson since 2005, Lindsay leverages her expertise to assist developers, sellers, and vacation/legacy home buyers from Park City, Utah to Laguna Beach, California. Lindsay and Paul have consistently been recognized as top producers both locally and internationally since 2004. The Wall Street Journal ranked them 45th out of the top 250 agents for the US market in Top Sales Volume and they were ranked #1 for Engel & Völkers worldwide and #74 for all US agents with RealTrends.
An honors graduate of the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business with a dual degree in Real Estate and Marketing, she also double majored in Spanish. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Lindsay’s ability to connect with people creates trust and authenticity. Active in her career development, she is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Realtors, and REALM—an exclusive network for top agents. A mother of two daughters, an outdoor enthusiast, and yoga instructor, Lindsay loves any activity that involves water and fresh air, including deep-sea fishing, alpine skiing, and boating, among others.
